The Wings of Dragonfly was founded by Tori Teska, Amanda Celmer, and David Cleope. Our team brings together a combined 18 years of experience in treating substance abuse and mental health challenges. We believe in second chances—because each of us has been given one ourselves. Transformation is possible, and we’re here to meet you where you are and help you begin your new journey.
Tori is an Addiction Counselor with The Wings of Dragonfly. She is passionate in her desire to help clients who are seeking recovery from addiction and those affected by loved ones with addiction issues.
Using her knowledge of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a deep sense of compassion, Tori works with many clients struggling with low self-esteem and low self-worth, guiding them on a journey to unconditional self-acceptance.
Originally from Georgia, Tori received her bachelor’s degree at Radford University in Virginia, where she competed on an equestrian team and studied psychology and exercise science. She worked as a private flight attendant and has traveled the globe, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the world and different cultures.
Years after becoming a mother, she became involved in a counseling practice that inspired her to return to school to obtain her certificate in addiction and mental health counseling, earning her CADC2. She is also continuing her education to become an Animal-Assisted Therapist with a concentration in Equine Therapy (AAT), a therapeutic intervention that uses animals to help people with mental, physical, social, or emotional health conditions.
David’s passion and life mission is to assist those struggling with addiction, mental health, and trauma. His focus on assisting people to overcome daily obstacles lays the foundation to build upon, ultimately attaining goals and flourishing in one’s true potential.
Through personal life experience, sincere empathy, research in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Positive Psychology, David is prepared to help others recognize their difficulties, create goals, and progressively move forward. He specializes in trauma therapy, substance use and co-occurring disorders. David also has extensive experience working with teens in crisis, family counseling, children in the foster care system, working with veterans and those being released from incarceration.
David is also a true nature guy. After raising 6 daughters, David finds solace in walking his 2 dogs on remote hikes. He enjoys being a chef by hobby, recreating cuisines from around the globe. He’s also a master of trivia and musical history buff!
As the Clinical Director at The Wings of Dragonfly, Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. With 10 years of experience, she specializes in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions to support lasting recovery.
Born and raised in Georgia, Amanda brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a compassionate space where clients can heal, rebuild relationships, and develop resilience. As someone in long-term sobriety, she understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs of recovery, which fuels her passion for helping others find hope and healing. She believes that true recovery extends beyond sobriety—focusing on emotional well-being, self-growth, and meaningful connection.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Amanda is a devoted wife and mother of three. She enjoys fishing, hunting, and cheering on Georgia football—embracing the outdoors and the community spirit that comes with it. Her deep roots in Georgia and love for its traditions shape her perspective on the importance of balance, family, and connection in the healing process.
Passionate about reducing stigma, advocating for mental health awareness, and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives, Amanda is committed to providing compassionate and effective care.
